Visions in the Crystal
Exhibitions, Mesmerism, Spiritualism, Magic
Notes that 'small boys, of a nervous temperament and high family', claim to be able to see 'wonderful things' and communicate with spirits of the dead using a crystal. Adds that Mr Punch has been 'peeping into the Crystal; The Paxton Crystal: that beats Dr. Dee's or any other conjuror's'.
