Punch, 44 (1863), 78.
[The Prison Surgeon]
Medical Practitioners, Class
Shows a young 'Street Arab' talking to a friend. He points to an approaching 'Swell' as his 'Medikle Man', which Punch suggests identifies the latter character as the boy's 'young friend and Prison Surgeon'.
