The Medical Officer's Friend
Claims that 'the Surgeons of the United Kingdom' are raising a subscription for a testimonial to Prince George (2nd Duke of Cambridge), the Commander-in-Chief of the British Army, for upholding 'the position and maintain[ing] the rights of medical officers' and for promoting 'the Medical Department of the British Army'.
