Discusses a report in the South London Courier of an investigation into South London water by a Lambeth medical officer. His conclusion is that the water is 'totally unfit for human consumption' and consists of 'diluted sewage' prompts Punch to argue that it is appropriate that such noxious water should be supplied to 'fraudulent South London Grocers' who make adulterated tea.
