     Describes the experiments and work of Aldini on Galvanism recently presented to the Royal Society and at Oxford (807). Reports that 'Messrs.Cripps and Clarke of Jesus College Cambridge' have returned after their travels to Lapland. States: 'The collection formed by these gentlemen is contained in 183 cases [...]. The botanic part contains the herbage of the celebrated Pallas, enriched by the contributions of Linnaeus, and his numerous literary friends' (808).
