    Considers it his 'dewty' to 'come forwoods, and igspress' his 'opinion upon that nashnal newsancethe break of Gage'. Describes the 'inconvenience' and mishaps caused by the fact that he and his family were forced to change railway carriages (presumably owing to a change of railway gauge) twice on a journey to the West of England.
