    Responding to the plethora of claimants for Urbain J J Leverrier's 'discovery' of a 'new planet', suggests that the planet is called 'François Arago Aurora Georgium Sidus Herschel Le Verrier Victoria Louis-Phillipe Frederic Neptune'. Thinks the 'lawful parent' of a 'new-born star' should be the first astronomer to sign an 'astronomical registry for the births of planets'.
