    Surprised that St Bartholomew's Hospital staff have not protested against the 'abolition' of Smithfield Market, a move that will diminish St Bartholomew's medical students' and dressers' 'source of "interesting cases"' and opportunities for practising 'bonesetting and bandaging'.
