    Describes Mr Bellamy's invention of a 'Patriots Portable Pantechnicon', for gentlemen who are determined to 'sit, sleep, and if necessary, die in the House [of Commons], in the cause of Ireland', but who wish to be fed and shaved, and to have somewhere to sleep and be buried.
