    Responding to Andrew Ure's evidence for the adulteration of tobacco by sugar, suggests that 'cigars are only lollipops in disguise' and that the 'tobacco warehouse' is a large-scale 'sweet-shop'. Believes this evidence explains the smoking habits of the 'Rising Generation'.
