    Describes some of the measures being taken to deal with the anticipated 'second Plague of London' which will follow the 'invasion of foreigners' in the Great Exhibition. Insists that these measures will ensure that 'foreigners' are thoroughly cleaned, have a 'certificate of good health', and possess the 'authentic marks' of a vaccination.
