    Responding to Jacob Bell's 'Farmacy Bill' (a parliamentary bill for regulating the qualifications and practices of pharmaceutical chemistry), rejects the uses of drugs as a 'remedy for agricultur' and urges Bell to 'mind his own bisnus'.
