    Discusses some of the possible 'strange freaks performed [...] by the lower animals' during the imminent eclipse of the sun. These include 'Members of Parliament' who 'will go down to the "House" wondering how the time has flown so fast'. Adds that the eclipse is a good time for observing sunspots.
