Railway Cruelty to Animals

Cruelty, Animal Behaviour, Human Species, Railways, Travel, Class, Crime

Applauds new legislation which extends the protection to animals and welcomes news that the Cruelty Prevention Society of Armagh is 'about to extend its operations to the case of travellers by railway'. Laments the fact that such humans, not least third-class railway passengers, will not benefit from these measures.
