    Responding to alarming news that the population of Singapore is being rapidly diminshed by tigers, suggests that one solution to the problem is to 'enter into an arrangement with the brute-slayer at the top of the Haymarket'—a reference to the museum of the celebrated lion hunter, Roualeyn G G Cumming. Concludes by regarding such news reports as a 'little romance'.
