    Likening quacks to birds, reports on the removal of 'obscene pigeons' from the 'dirty dove-cotes' in Holywell Street—a notorious site of quacks—but warns that the 'rookery of the quacks' remains undisturbed and attacks the Society for the Suppression of Vice for 'partial blindness'.
