    Shows Prime Minister Henry J Temple (3rd Viscount Palmerston) dressed as a physician and helping an old lady—the allegorical figure of the Bank of England—up some stairs to 'St. Stephen's Hospital'. The old lady tells Palmerston that 'They may say what they like, but you're the only man as did me any good'.
