    Depicts Benjamin Disraeli as a jackdaw sitting on a telegraph wire which stretches into the distance. Below him stands Henry J Temple (3rd Viscount Palmerston) who, armed with a musket labelled 'Fact', tells the 'Jackdaw': '"Telegram, Indeed! I'll Telegram You" (Floors Him)'.
