Describes how the 'Saturnians' failed in their attempt to invade the earth 'and convert its inhabitants into Vegetarians and Pagans', a move leading to their conversion into 'mutton-chops', and the invasion of Saturn by Sir Juvenal Mahu. Ends by noting that 'Saturn has since become a dependency of England' whose ring is to be cleared away by an act of Parliament.
