    Urges Richard Bethell (1st Baron Westbury) to pause before pressing his bill 'To clip the wings of Land-transfer's cost, / And disable conveyancer's skill'. Considers his actions to be as dangerous as thrusting an 'unguarded arm / In a knot of rattle-snakes, coiling warm'. (84)
