    Replies to the 'ribald bankrupt' George F Train's views that the English are 'fools and knaves', and 'Gluttons and blockheads, brutes and slaves', declaring his views 'idiot trash', and questions whether it is worth sustaining a friendship with those Union states which shared Train's views.
