    Noting an advertisement for the 'twin medicaments' (pills and ointment) sold by Thomas Holloway, suggests a number of 'twinned' consitituents from which they might be made, such as 'spermaceti and beeswax'. Submits that Holloway is the twin brother of the late James Morison, and that their mother was 'humbug'.
