A Very Safe Powder

Anon

Genre:

News-Commentary, Drollery

Subjects:

Military Technology, Accidents

Discusses a report of an explosion at the works of the Safety Powder Company, an event which, because it appears to have been 'harmless to the neighbourhood', suggests to Punch that the powder is of limited use and probably something that England exports to its enemies.
