Shows an 'Adventurous Husband' standing in a drawing-room while his wife and mother-in-law relax in chairs. The husband announces that he is going to the Crystal Palace where he may ascend in 'Mr. Glaishwell's Balloon' (a reference to the aeronauts James Glaisher and Henry T Coxwell). The mother-in-law asks whether this will invalidate his life assurance.
