    Describes the 'new and improved telescope' of a Mr Flit of Regent Circus. Explains that the instrument allows the user to observe the moon 'equally well on cloudy nights, or when there was none at all, the case inclosing an ingenious transparency of that body, behind which a small oil lamp was hung'.
