Poetry, Drollery

Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Pollution, Breeding, Politics

Presents an extract from a Devon newspaper describing Buckland's gratitude to the Corporation of Exeter for awarding a grant towards the improvement of Devon rivers, a move that he thinks will result in plenty of 'delicious fish'.
