    Suggests that one of the best ways of spending a 'long November evenings' is to 'attend a meeting of the Cambridge Philosophical Society' and listen to papers on such topics as 'On some Porismatic Problems' (a reference to a paper of which a version which later published as Clifford 1864–76).
