    Denies reports that the train carrying Prince Edward and Princess Alexandra 'narrowly escaped a collision' because 'proper precautions' are taken to ensure that this does not happen to the royal train. Suggests that it is 'liberal of Railway Companies not to charge ordinary passengers by Royal Trains extra for safety'.
