    Describes several objects examined by the society. The first, 'the dividend of a Waterloo-bridge share', was observed to be a 'perfect 0'. The second, 'one day's ration of food as allowed by the Commissioners in a Poor Law Union' could not be observed despite using a microscope that could magnify 60,000,000 times.
