The illustration depicts a wire hoop rolling on a u-shaped wire track. A picture of the Prime Minister Robert Peel is attached to the hoop. The illustration represents a toy, based on the principle of the 'centrifugal railway', and shows how Peel can go 'round and round without any fear of being thrown out of his seat'.
