Sympathetic account of Cesare Mattei's system of medicine, based on 'globules and liquid electricity', which, the 'Italian nobleman' claims, can 'cure all the physical ills which flesh is heir to'. In order 'to anticipate numberless inquiries from those who will want to know all about the system', the author gives the London address of 'a qualified doctor who regularly prescribes the Count's medicines'.
