Publications abstracted:

Nordau 1895a

Notes that Max S Nordau's recent volume is 'a bad but interesting book', in which the author, applying 'the ideas of his master, Professor Lombroso', presses his idea of the degeneracy of 'certain much trumpeted anti-social tendencies of the present day [...] home unsparingly with manifold examples, and with a continuous vigour of writing' (291).
