Remarks upon the 'several letters' received from readers in response to the Character Sketch last month of the late philanthropist George Müller. Urges that 'our good sceptical friends' among these correspondents should 'undertake to achieve George Müller's results by doing George Müller's work without George Müller's prayers' in order to 'be in a better position to appreciate the worthlessness of their argument' that the apparent success of Müller's 'prayer telephone' can in fact be accounted for by purely secular factors.
